Bigos Management, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Ted Bigos. Through the direction of Mr. Bigos and his dedicated key professional management team, the company has expanded and currently holds ownership/management of 32 apartment communities or approximately 4,900 individual rental units. All of the apartment communities are located in the St. Paul/Minneapolis metropolitan area, with the exception of one long standing community in Duluth. The current portfolio's diversity offers something for everyone from quiet suburban living to fast-paced downtown high-rise life. The most recent acquisition was that of The Galtier Towers in downtown St. Paul.

Because Bigos properties are locally owned and managed, more time, attention and resources are devoted to the apartment communities thus making them a nicer place to live and work.

Approximately 250 people are employed at Bigos Management. The owner-managed aspect of the company is not only beneficial to our residents but also to those employed by Bigos Management. A complete benefit package, including profit sharing, is available to full time employees.

The Bigos Management corporate office is located in Edina and has departments of Management, Accounting, Operations, and Human Resources. The departments work together and create the corporate structure of the company. Together, they consistently strive to develop new ideas and utilize advancements in technology, while at the same time upholding the excellent service reputation and professional standards of the company.

Our apartment communities are staffed with qualified, experienced personnel. The realm of responsibility born by our on-site staff includes management, resident relations, maintenance, and marketing. The service oriented company philosophy is integrated, and practiced in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws and adherence to Bigos policies and procedures. "Our attitude reflects our service", is a slogan adopted by the company.
